What is MASC?

MASC is a division of the Lauterbach Group Inc. that sets the standard for all your standard products. MASC supplies numerous products including laser/inkjet labels, tabs and seals, thermal transfer labels and ribbon, intelligent tray tags, repositionable postal notes and more.

Who can I call for questions?

A customer service representative is available for all questions at (262) 820-820-8124 between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST. You also can email questions to info@masclabels.com and a customer service representative will be able to help you as soon as possible. You can also ask a quick question on the chat box at the bottom right hand of the screen during the business hours of; M-F 8:00 AM-4:30 PM CST.

How can I sign up for an account?

To sign up for an account using the MASC store:

  1. Click the “Create An Account” button at the top right of the page.
  2. Fill out the general information, address information, and password
  3. When finished, click “Create Account” button at the bottom of the page

How do I request samples?

On the bottom of the page, click “Sample Request” link. Fill out your information and areas of interest to receive samples.

How do I check out?

  1. Once you have added your items to your cart. On the top right of the page, there is a shopping cart. Click the shopping cart icon to view cart.
  2. Once you are in the Shopping Cart page, check your order for the correct items, quantities, and shipping address.
  3. Once those are correct, look to the “Order Summary” box on the right side of the page and click “Proceed to Checkout” button.
  4. The Checkout page will verify your billing address, ask for payment method, ship date, PO number, and additional comments.
  5. To proceed with checkout, look to the Order Summary box on the right and click “Pay with credit Card/or Terms”

When am I able to use a credit card or use terms for payment?

For orders that are less than $500.00, we require credit card payments. Only orders that are $500.00 or more may terms be used for online purchases.

For orders that are $500.00 or more, you may use either your terms or a credit card for your payment. There will be an option for payment method during the checkout process. To sign up for credit application/terms, follow the link at the bottom of the page, “Credit Application,” to fill out our term and credit forms.

How can I use my UPS Account or FedEx Account for my shipment?

During the Checkout and billing information process, enter UPS or FedEx account number in the “Comments or other information about this order” text box.

How to use a promotional code during check out

  1. Continue with shopping/check out process
  2. In checkout page, enter promotional code in box on the right side of the screen. See image for help.
